Apple Business: claim the listingSign in at business.apple.com with a business Apple Account and verify the location. Apple renamed Business Connect to Apple Business in April 2026.

Confirm owner access and add Todd as a managerMake sure the business owner is the primary owner and Harford AI has manager access.

Create and verify a Google Business Profile for FloridaService-area business with a hidden address, covering Charlotte, Lee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties.

Register an exact-match DBA if top competitors use keyword namesStudy the top-ranking competitors. If they use keyword-rich names, file a Doing Business As (about $25 state or county fee) that adds the target keywords and primary city, then update the website, signage, citations and social profiles to the exact name and keep the paperwork for GBP re-verification. The plan also says to show the physical address on the profile, but these profiles are set up as service-area businesses with hidden addresses, so decide that first, and check Google’s business name guidelines before filing.

Train field crew leads to ask for reviews on siteAsk satisfied clients to name the specific service and the neighborhood, for example “exterior elastomeric painting and trim repair in [neighborhood]”. Specific wording gives AI something to match; “great job” does not.

List the top 25 questions customers actually askFrom calls, form submissions, reviews and the owner’s experience.
